With any training event that is a club arranged event we will attempt to arrange special pricing based on group discounts. Typically includes First Aid, GPS, track day etc. Any member discount or benefit will be included in the final price in this case. This type of training, however, is proving to be less than popular at this stage.

We therefore recommend approved training providers to club members to align with their own schedule and specific needs. These currently include:

Country Trax (All branches), Boulders, Morag Campbell, Thomas Bohm, ADA. Any other provider that a club member identifies based on location, credibility etc, will be considered by the committee and potentially added on approval. (Below links to websites)

When a member books his/her own training direct with any of the approved providers the club will sponsor up to 25% of the invoiced and paid cost capped at R1000 per member per event. This will obviously be budget dependant and will only continue while budget is available.

The refund process: Member sends proof of payment and copy of the successful completion certificate together with member banking detail to the secretary and the sponsored amount will be refunded within 14 days to the member.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The Club Central Christmas bash is free to all our existing members who renewed prior to 31^st August 2020 and to new members who joined before the 25^th November 2020
• To purchase tickets, you need to be registered on our website – tickets to be generated electronically as described above and each attendee requires a ticket.
• Partners of Single Members joining the event can purchase tickets at a cost of R220.00.
• Closing date for ‘purchasing’ tickets is 25^th November 2020 – for catering purposes.
• All Member tickets purchased will include a R100.00 cash voucher, this voucher can be redeemed in person as contribution to your bar bill at the Christmas Bash
• Any members who book tickets and do not attend the function, or cancel prior to 25^th November 2020 will need to refund the club for the value of their lunch – any such payments will be donated to the Guide Dog Association.

The Historic Motorcycle Museum is a very unique Museum show casing over 150 bikes. It is the only Museum of its kind in South Africa. The Museum was opened on the 9th of September 2009 by owner John Boswell. Living working Museum on the premises of Lake Avenue Inn, displays include some of the most unique Historic Motorcycles to be found anywhere in the world! The first dedicated Historic Motorcycle Museum in Africa, at the moment showcasing race bikes and classic machinery. South Africa, Northern and Southern Rhodesia has many race champions that are not to be forgotten. The Museum showcases a full history of the greats!

Roads rides: All Tar to Tzaneen.

Weather permitting will have access to Woodbush Wilderness Reserve plantations with a guide. Easy pillion friendly good dirt roads. Alternative tar outride as alternative.

Costs:

Rate: R1600 per person for two nights (sharing a room)

Included: Breakfast x2, Dinner x 2, Guides on Saturday, Recovery within 150 km from venue.
