Event Overview

BMW Clubs Africa invites you to an extraordinary motoring and musical festival in the Karoo—a playground for motorbike riders and car enthusiasts alike. Whether on tar or dirt roads, the curated routes will leave you thrilled. When you’re not out exploring, enjoy live bands, DJs, and evenings of shared stories under starry skies. Open to BMW Club Members, BMW enthusiasts, and friends—join the fun!

What Awaits You

Accommodation
The secure Karoo 62 venue offers a variety of accommodation options, available from Thursday, 9th October to Monday, 13th October. Book early as Friday and Saturday nights are compulsory, and spaces are limited.

Meals
Customize your meal preferences during the booking process.

Outrides
Experience expertly curated outrides on Friday and Saturday, suitable for all skill levels:

On-Site Activities
When not on the road, explore Karoo 62’s activities:

Event Schedule

• Thursday: Relaxed arrivals and a laid-back braai evening.
• Friday: Outrides, farm fun, music, DJ sets, and a braai.
• Saturday: More riding and activities, a traditional spitbraai, live music, DJ, and the iconic Burn.
• Sunday: Unwind and recharge with no formal activities or head back home.
• Monday: Breakfast and final departures.

Accommodation Options

A variety of stays ensure comfort and adventure:

• Camping Plots: Bring your own tent and bedding (max 2 people), shared ablutions.
• Overland Camps/Rooftop Tents: Self-supplied tents and bedding (max 2 people), shared ablutions.
• Bush Motel: Ready-made accommodation with two single beds, charging points, and shared ablutions.
• Glamping: Provided tents, mattresses, lights, camping chairs and bedding, with shared ablutions.
• A-Frames: Cozy cabins for two with shared ablutions and bedding.
• Gypsy Caravans: Quirky, offbeat camping experience with private shared ablutions. Bring your own bedding!
• Chalets (2 or 3 Bedroom): Fully equipped with kitchens, comfortable for families or groups.
• Bush Lodge: Rustic luxury for up to 8 people, fully off-grid with gas appliances, ambient lighting, a hot tub, and boma.

• No Under 18’s: This event is strictly for adults only.

What to Bring

Pack smart and don’t forget:

• Event tickets (printed or digital), ID, or passport.
• Swimwear, towels, sunscreen, hats, torches, and personal toiletries.
• Sleeping bags, camping gear, and a positive attitude.

What’s Not Allowed

• Pets, shishas, fireworks, portable sound systems, outside alcohol, illegal substances, or discrimination of any kind.
• Respect the environment and leave no trace.
• Main gate closes at 19:30 – arrivals after this must be pre-arranged.

Refund Policy

Refund fees apply:

• 30+ days before event: 35% refund fee.
• 7–30 days before event: No refund.
• Less than 7 days: No refund.
