Minutes A.G.M. 29th March 2022
1. WELCOME … by our Chairman David

3. RATIFICATION OF PREVIOUS AGM MINUTES – 30th March 2021

4. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT – Our Chairman’s report outline the club activities of the past year, the plans going forward and proposed interactions with BMW Motorrad. He thanked the committee for their service to the club and the teamwork shown in the running of the club.
David further said there were no new motions submitted this year so the agenda is short however he welcomed any written or emailed questions from member.
5. TREASURER’S REPORT – Andy Froggatt our treasurer read out the key figures from the financials he prepared. He compared the income & expenditure as well as the residual position to last year and assured members we are in a good financial position despite our low membership figures and despite the effects of the pandemic. He told the member that the report is freely available to any member in good standing and any question could be emailed to him for attention. He also said Rouen will post the report on the website for all to see.
6. MOTIONS SUBMITTED – No new motions submitted to club
7. COMMITTEE: David asked the committee members to stand and introduce the two new members Carel and Jani. Jacqui has tended her apologies
